Frequently Asked

Everything worth knowing.

A quiet, complete answer to nearly every question we receive.

What vaccinations do you require?

Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella must all be current. We ask to see records at the meet-and-greet.

Do you provide food?

We prefer you bring your dog's regular food to keep their routine consistent. Pre-portioned meals are ideal.

Can you administer medication?

Yes. We are experienced with oral medications, injections, and specialized routines. Please discuss all needs at booking.

What happens in an emergency?

Wendy is on-site 24 hours a day. We have an established relationship with a nearby veterinary hospital and will contact you immediately.

Is a Meet & Greet required?

Yes, always — for your dog's comfort and ours. Meet-and-greets are complimentary and typically last 30–45 minutes.

When are drop-off and pickup?

By reservation. We accommodate early mornings and late evenings to fit your travel schedule.

Do you board over the holidays?

Yes. Holiday reservations open early and fill quickly — please book several weeks in advance.

What is your cancellation policy?

48 hours' notice for standard reservations. Holiday reservations require 7 days' notice.

What size dogs do you accept?

We welcome all sizes, though we keep group compositions gentle and compatible.

How many dogs stay at once?

Typically just two or three at any given time — sometimes a single guest. Never a crowd.

Do you accept unneutered dogs?

On a case-by-case basis. Please discuss during the meet-and-greet.

Can I get updates during my dog's stay?

Yes — editorial-quality photos and video updates throughout the day, delivered by text.
